Germany's DAX Index Closes Almost Unchanged--Feb 8
 
Germany's benchmark DAX index at Frankfurt Stock Exchange on Wednesday closed almost unchanged at 11,543.38 points after merely losing by 6.06 points, or 0.05 percent.
